On our third Giving Day, on January 21, we are celebrating Innovation & Technology at Shorecrest. We have remained innovative and forward-thinking while adapting to our current needs, during a year where the success of our community has been dependent on technology.
We ask for your support of our students, teachers and the technology team. They have worked ceaselessly to enhance the security of our networks, provide professional development for teachers to better facilitate online learning programs and prepare students of all ages for in-class and flexible learning.
Only 35% of current families have made Shorecrest a philanthropic priority, this year. It will take the support of our entire community to ensure Shorecrest remains the best independent school in the Tampa Bay Area.
On this Giving Day, we are proud to recognize our partnership with Intuitive Surgical, Inc. and St. Petersburg Skin & Laser. Through our Community Sponsors Program, Shorecrest partners with local leaders and businesses in the Tampa Bay Area.
For the Granese family, supporting Shorecrest and its mission is a family tradition spanning four generations. Meredith’s grandfather, Bob Crisp, donated the land to Shorecrest and her mother, Gail Razook, attended the school as a child. Meredith ‘93, a proud Shorecrest graduate, and her husband Steven are thrilled that their sons, Carson '25 and Kyle ’28, now carry on the Charger legacy.
