The Pantry Bowl is an annual friendly competition between the Wolfpack and the Tar Heels to see who can bring in the highest number of gifts supporting both campuses’ food pantries: Feed the Pack and Carolina Cupboard.
Last year, Feed the Pack Food Pantry was visited by students, faculty and staff in need 14,239 times, providing nearly 220,000 pounds of food. This was the busiest year on record, and the need is only increasing as time goes on. When you support the food pantry, you’re reducing food insecurity across campus and increasing access to essential resources.
