Jaclyn Boxer

Jaclyn is a junior at Northwestern University studying political science, business, and legal studies. She joined GES in her freshman year and has served as a small group facilitator for the past two years before stepping into her current role as Chair of Budgeting and Internal Grants on the finance committee. One of her favorite parts of the Summit is getting to know the delegates outside of official programming, many of whom have traveled thousands of miles to attend GES. Outside of GES, she enjoys exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene and attending live music events.

Maya Westra

Maya is a junior studying industrial engineering and management sciences and is in her third year with the Global Engagement Summit (GES). She currently serves as Vice President, helping lead the team and bring the Summit together. She loves that GES brings together so many passionate, driven individuals from around the world. She’s especially excited to meet this year’s delegates, learn more about what they’re building, and hear from the keynote speakers. Outside of GES, Maya is involved with Spoon University and is always on the lookout for new restaurants to try around Chicago.
