At the Cameron School of Business (CSB), we take pride in preparing students to excel in the global business arena. Over the past two years, more than 200 CSB students have earned the prestigious X-Culture Global Consulting and Collaboration Certificate, made possible by the Cameron School of Business Excellence Fund. 

Through this transformative program, integrated into Professor Adam Jones’ International Management course (MGT 352), students work in global virtual teams alongside peers from universities around the world. Together, they tackle real-world business consulting projects for international client partners. 

These experiences develop essential skills in cross-cultural collaboration, problem-solving and global business strategy. Several CSB students have not only excelled in their projects but have been recognized with “Best Report” honors and invitations to exclusive X-Culture symposia in locations such as Poland, Thailand and the United States.
