Aviation Studies Advancement Program

BGSU School of Aviation graduates have clear paths to in-demand careers in aviation with state-of-the-art technology, highly skilled instructors, advanced facilities and strong partnerships across the industry.  With an emphasis on hands-on learning, students in the flight technology and operations program take classes that blend flight training in our young aircraft fleet with traditional classroom coursework studying avionics, management and flight operations. Amid record enrollment, BGSU has kept its promise of students flying within their first year. By making a gift to this fund, you are supporting the general needs of the program and helping to inspire the next generation of pilots and flight operations professionals.  

Architecture Advancement Program    

A gift to the Architecture Advancement Program supports the general needs of the program, recruitment and retention efforts, as well as professional development opportunities for faculty, staff and students. With support to this program, architecture students are able to participate in two co-op education experiences as part of the curriculum, enhancing student understanding of real-world architectural practice. Students also have the opportunity to collaborate with faculty on developing design competition proposals, several of which have been recognized by national and international design review boards.   

Construction Management Advancement Program 

Majoring in construction management at BGSU prepares students for leadership and management roles in the rapidly expanding field of construction. Our construction management program maintains a strong connection with industry leaders to provide student co-op opportunities and 100% job placement before graduation.  A gift to this fund enhances the mission of the construction management program by supporting the purchase of equipment and supplies, placing an emphasis on recruitment, retention and professional development, as well as covering the cost of general program needs.  

College of Engineering and Innovation General Support 

A gift to the College of Engineering and Innovation General Support Fund provides critical resources for students, faculty and programs across the college. Your support helps enhance state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge equipment, hands-on learning experiences and industry partnerships, ensuring students are prepared for success in rapidly evolving fields.

The world communicates visually. As emerging media – including augmented and virtual reality – enter the mainstream, visual communication technology students are poised to command a field that is well rewarded and fun. BGSU’s VCT program has thousands of graduates working in a variety of positions across the country. A gift to this fund will help support general needs and provide opportunities for our students to accelerate their knowledge as they enter their field.
