"My time at NSU was nothing short of transformative, marked by academic and personal growth and lasting friendships. During my time in the music and athletic departments, I always found unwavering support and a sense of community. Playing softball for the Wolves added an unforgettable layer to my experience -the teamwork, early-morning lifts, and game-day excitement taught me discipline and resilience. Those four years bonded me to my teammates and sharpened my leadership on and off the field. As an alumnus, I can remain part of this community by supporting it through events such as Give N Day, so that those still playing can continue to make unforgettable memories as I did. With your help and support, Wolves Softball can continue to grow and always cheer Da Da Da Daaa!"

"The four years I spent at NSU was very educational. It was a time when women’s intercollegiate sports teams were being started. I was fortunate to play on the first NSU woman’s softball team. We played in the college women’s world series games in 1975 and 1976. It was a wonderful experience. I also played basketball and field hockey. During my college years I also served in the US Army Reserve. I gave back to NSU because at the time there were no women’s athletic scholarships. I encourage everyone to help support NSU students with your gifts towards their education."
