The Aulbani J. Beauregard Center for Equity, Justice, and Freedom is an intersectional student center and a welcoming space for all students. We facilitate our student success efforts through our student support and development, retention and success, education and development, programming and engagement, and community engagement function areas. In doing so, we prepare students for a diverse, multicultural, and globalized world. Highlights of some of our student services include de-stressing and community building programming such as ThirsTea Thursdays or Clocked Out, student employment programs, nonacademic advising, educational programming such as culture exploration trips, leadership development and recognition such as the Audre Lorde Summit and our Celebration of Achievement and Excellence, and community engagement programs such as MLK Day of Service.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategic Initiatives supports the mission of inclusive excellence and belonging at UNH. It helps facilitate the development of curricula and programming specific to the needs of first-generation college students; helps build inclusive curricula and programming with representations of diverse cultures and traditions; assists with development of educational events highlighting the histories and cultures of people from the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, people with disabilities, first generation students, and other historically underserved populations; and supports student leadership development across all majors in all five UNH colleges with the goal of preparing students for civil discourse, success in their fields, and success in a globalized world.

The Inside Out Alumni Fund provides programmatic and administrative support to the Office of Community, Equity and Diversity with particular emphasis on LGBTQIA+ issues with the goal of inspiring individual and community growth toward building an inclusive and equitable living and learning environment throughout the entire University of New Hampshire community.
