The preserve is located in South Campus between Roth Quad and the Marine Sciences Research Center, between Marburger Drive and Nicolls Road. It can be easily accessed through pathways located on the south side of Circle Road (formerly South Loop Road) from Roth Quad and just north of Nassau Hall near the Marine Sciences Research Center. Blue signs mark the trail heads.
