Saint Mary’s Club Baseball gives students the opportunity to keep playing the game that they love. We are hoping to continue our annual tradition of traveling to Las Vegas and playing in the Swing Into Spring Tournament in April. But this trip comes with a heavy cost, and your donation could help us represent Saint Mary’s at this event. Thank you for your consideration!

We are Women’s Club Lacrosse, and we would appreciate any donation to our team. Your support will help contribute to sponsoring player dues, travel for games, equipment, referee payments, and much more. Our small but mighty team is looking to expand and with your help we can make this happen. We appreciate any and all support to help keep our program thriving.

Supporting the Saint Mary's Men's Lacrosse team is an investment in the growth and success of our student-athletes both on and off the field. Your generous donations play a crucial role in providing our team with essential resources such as field spaces, practice equipment, and funding for player travel. These contributions directly impact the quality of our training sessions, ensuring that our athletes have access to facilities and equipment to enhance their skills and overall performance. Beyond the tangible benefits, your support fosters a sense of community and pride among our players, creating an environment that encourages teamwork, leadership, and personal growth. Additionally, by helping us cover travel expenses you are enabling our team to participate in competitive tournaments and matches. This exposes our athletes to diverse playing styles and enhances their overall lacrosse experience. Your commitment to the Saint Mary's Men's Lacrosse team goes beyond the field. It is an investment in the holistic development of these student-athletes, empowering them to excel academically, athletically, and as responsible individuals. Join us in shaping the future of our team and the experiences of these remarkable young athletes.

Over the past 5 years, the SMC Women’s Rugby program has continued to show show strength and perseverance each year despite facing various challenges. When returning from the pandemic, finding both the proper support, funding, and enough players to fulfill a 15’s roster has been relatively difficult. Within the previous years, we were only able to compete in a non-traditional 7’s season due to our roster size fluctuating between 4-10 players. And yet, our team was able to place 2nd at Nationals, place 1st and 2nd in various Division One 7’s tournaments, and have produced a handful of players who now compete at the national/international level.
In almost 5 years, the SMC Women’s Rugby Club will be making its return to compete in the WCC 15’s season with a roster of 20 and continues to grow by the second. With over half of our roster being freshman, having little to rugby experience, we are looking forward to our program making its debut.
That being said, this Giving Tuesday we are hoping to build a stronger foundation amongst our Saint Mary’s College supporters in hopes of creating a lasting impact on our SMC Women’s Rugby Program. All donations raised would be able to provide and cultivate opportunities for both current and future players that participate in our program. Due to our team being in its rebuilding phase, we heavily rely on our community, supporters, and alumni to aid in our success. Our Women’s Rugby culture is unique to the Saint Mary’s experience because of its ability to foster equality, empower female athletes, prioritizing health/well-being, and ultimately creating an everlasting family. In highlighting the development of our program, we encourage supporters to invest in our continuation in inspiring future leaders and recognizing our dedicated athletes (balancing both academics and athletics).

We have been privileged to play against amazing teams that rank at the top in the state. However, due to the larger nature of those institutions, the size of their teams are often double or triple the size of ours, which allows them to pull more resources and compete at a much higher level. Traveling out of state, specifically Arizona, would allow us to play against teams that are of a similar size and competition level. The money raised on Giving Tuesday would go towards transportation, and room and board for all the players, meals, and other travel and competition expenses associated with this Arizona trip. Thank you very much for your support!

Saint Mary’s Coed Club Tennis is seeking your support for our upcoming spring season. Your generous donation to our club would greatly assist our team, enabling us to attend future tennis tournaments and improving our overall team experience. As we continue our season, we plan to participate in additional tournaments hosted by other schools within our league, some of which include Cal Berkeley, UC Davis, Stanford, and Sacramento State. As many of these larger schools have extensive resources and bigger rosters, we would like to begin enhancing our training strategies–updating equipment like balls and strings, hiring tennis coaches that would improve our technical skills and playing abilities–to begin competing at or above their level in the coming seasons. Your generous contribution will not only elevate our competitive edge but also strengthen the bonds within our tennis community, shaping a memorable and successful season for our Club Tennis team.

Our goal this year is to go to the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation National Tournament in Kansas City, and we are fundraising for this because we do not have the resources ourselves. It would allow us to pay for everything that goes into that including flights, hotels, and the entrance fee to the tournament. We were not able to go last year because we could not afford it, so this year that is our main priority.

Thank you for your interest in supporting Men’s Volleyball for Giving Tuesday. As we approach the holiday season, we are thrilled to participate in Giving Tuesday, a global movement that celebrates the power of generosity and giving back. We invite you to join us in making a difference for Men’s Volleyball here at Saint Mary’s College. Your contribution to our club will help us in paying our league fees, referee costs, travel expenses, new uniforms, and new equipment such as balls, antennas, and nets. We appreciate your support!

Golf is a sport which an abundance of students at Saint Mary's participate in, play, or are interested in. Although many students aren't able to play the game of golf due to affordability and or transportation, the Golf Club can help give the opportunity to many students to try out the game and be a part of a community.
Our current goal for the Golf Club is to create an inclusive environment where all skill levels are involved.
We want to create a belonging environment where we hopefully build great friendships and comradery.
The Golf Club is heavily reliant on transportation. In order for our players to get to their practices, we must use the school vans to get to our destination. Most of the Golf Club's budget will be going toward gas and transportation.
The rest of our budget is going toward our shirts and hats so we can embroider them.
