Kim’s Dream: Supporting Patients in Need

Named in memory of a patient who was a champion for all, Kim's Dream supports patient needs in the Transplant, Ventricular Assist Device, and Heart Failure Programs at Jewish Hospital. Funds raised will go to help eliminate barriers to care, like inadequate access to transportation and housing insecurity. Patients must demonstrate financial need and be approved by a department coordinator or social worker.
