Frazier Rehabilitation Gifts – Greatest Need

Funds raised will go to provide general support for the UofL Health – Frazier Rehabiliation Institute. Funds will be allocated to the area of greatest impact.

Frazier Rehab Equipment & Technology

Funds raised will go towards equipment and technology for inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs for adults and children with disabling conditions including, but not limited to, brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and movement disorders.

Frazier Rehab's mission to advance academic medicine, clinical research, and cutting-edge care in Louisville and the surrounding region means patients and their families do not have to travel to be at the forefront of medical breakthroughs.Frazier Rehab is dedicated to providing compassionate care to the most vulnerable members of our community and meeting the needs of the medically underserved.

Frazier Rehab Pediatric

Since 1954, Frazier Rehab Institute has been providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to children and adolescents under the age of 18.  Funds raised will go towards the Pediatric Rehab Program, which provides a wide range of services in areas of brain injury, cardiopulmonary, stroke, spinal cord injury, neuromuscular disorders, developmental delays, among many others.
