My name is Silas, and I am a sophomore at UC Santa Cruz studying business.

Being a member of UCSC Rugby has been one of the most impactful parts of my college experience. Through this program, I have developed leadership skills, built lifelong friendships, learned how to work as part of a team, and challenged myself both academically and athletically.

The opportunity to travel to New Zealand is especially meaningful to me because I want to build the best possible culture in our team and there is no where better to start then in the land of the silver fern. I'm excited to learn from the best and test my limits in a high performance environment.
