My name is Johann, and I am an incoming freshman at UC Santa Cruz studying History.

I have recently committed to play for santa cruz rugby in the fall and am looking forward to forming connections with my teammates and becoming a more cohesive unit.

The opportunity to travel to New Zealand is especially meaningful to me because I  want to become the best possible flyhalf that I can be for the Slugs and this opportunity will help me elevate my skillsets and tactical understanding of the game. I'm excited to grow as a player and a person from this experience!
