A Mathematical Model of Economic Growth of Two Geographical Regions

Hometown: Williamsburg, Virginia

Department: Mathematics

Advisor: Junping Shi

In this research, I will use differential equations to study which economic system is better for the country, an open one with flow of capital and labor or a more closed one. I will study how public policy such as restriction on immigration would affect parameters in the equation and affect a country's economics overall.
