My Honors Thesis will investigate the intersection of the legacy of settler colonialism and the 21st century context of reproductive justice by comparing contraceptive policy in the US, Australia and Canada. By combining theoretical frameworks and historical narratives with methods of political analysis, this work will shed light on the policy ramifications of reproductive justice movements in different sociopolitical contexts, which has important implications for future health policy agendas.
