Be all in for...
lifelong friends, intellectual curiosity, Penrose Library, Ankeny Field, and the learning and mentoring that define the Whitman experience.
Be all in for current and future Whitties! Your gift matters.
It takes all of us to ensure that today’s students will have the opportunities that previous generations had to succeed in and beyond the classroom.
From 9:00 a.m., April 19, through 12:00 noon, April 22, we’ll need your help to spread the news about the 75-hour, 750-donor All In for Whitman campaign to help us secure a $75,000 bonus gift.* We can't think of an easier and faster way to do this than social media so please take to Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram to spread the word and encourage your classmates and friends to participate. Whether you are new to social media, looking for a reminder, or want to learn new ways to spread the message, check out our Social Media Resources section.
* A special thank you to the anonymous couple who put forward the bonus gift.
The Whitman community certainly went all in during this first ever online campaign! Alumni, parents, faculty, staff, friends, and students answered the call by meeting the first goal of 750 gifts, rushing past our second goal of 850, and allowing Whitman to earn $85,000 in bonuses. Together, 1,083 donors made gifts totaling over $240,000 during the 75-hour campaign, setting a new record and exceeding our donor goal by 44%. We are grateful for each and every one of you who invested in this week’s transformative experience for Whitman College. Thank you!
If you missed this opportunity to participate in All in for Whitman and would like to make a gift, please visit whitman.edu/give.
3219 days ago by Brian DoheWe exceeded our goal! As of 10:13 am, 750 donors have made gifts and Whitman received the $75,000 bonus! Another anonymous couple has been so inspired by your generosity that they’ve issued a new challenge: If 100 additional donors give by noon Pacific Time on April 22, the College will receive an additional $10,000. Every gift, regardless of the amount, earns a $100 bonus and ensures the success of today’s students in and beyond the classroom.
If you haven’t made a gift yet, please consider joining the All in for Whitman effort by making your gift now. If you have already given, thank you!
Thank you Whitman community!

There’s still work to do to reach our goal of 750 donors and to earn the $75,000 bonus. Every gift, regardless of the amount, earns a $100 bonus and puts us closer to our goal.
Please invite classmates and friends of Whitman College to view the video at www.whitman.edu/allin and be All in for Whitman! If you’ve not yet made your gift, please take a moment to do so now.
Thank you!
