The Webster University Orchestras and Opera Studio has long been a cornerstone of the Webster Department of Music for over 50 years. Presenting performances of symphonies, concertos and operas from all musical eras, and by composers from Handel and Vivaldi to Beethoven and Copland and more, the Orchestras and Opera Studio provides both a valued learning environment for aspiring musicians and an invaluable source of entertainment for the campus and the Greater St. Louis community.
On Tuesday, April 22, 2025 the two forces are combining for a unique concert of scenes from your favorite operas. "Mozart, Monsters and Mythology" will take the listener through a journey of great excitement, love and adventure - all on the stage with a full orchestra.
