Please support the academic programs of the School of Energy Resources and help students gain real-word experience and a better understanding of the energy industry.
The Energy Resource Management and Development degree is designed to meet the needs of the energy industry. Through rigorous academic training, hands-on scenarios, and internships, students prepare for essential roles in industries such as oil and natural gas, renewable energy, and mining. Students take a core curriculum focusing in business, natural resources, law and policy, project management, risk analysis, and mathematics.
Our program offers two concentrations for specialization—Professional Land Management or Energy and Environmental Systems. We also offer a minor program in Energy Resource Management and two certificate programs in Land Administration and carbon capture, utilization, and storage.
A critical component of the Energy Resource Management and Development degree is its emphasis on experiential learning opportunities and the applicability of abstract concepts in real-world scenarios.
By supporting these programs, you are having a direct impact not only on students but on the future of Wyoming energy and its leaders. Thank you!
