The University Counseling Center is committed to supporting students’ emotional well-being and creating a welcoming and nurturing space for all students.
Our clinic is free for enrolled University of Wyoming students. We are open weekdays year-round for services, either in person or through telehealth. Our multi-disciplinary team uses a variety of resources to help students address a variety of concerns—academic stress, anxiety, depression, body image, family, grief, relationships, identity, and trauma. We are not able to provide weekly counseling sessions but connect students to appropriate resources on campus or in the community. We also facilitate campus outreach, groups, and workshops throughout the year.
On Giving Day, we are raising funds to go towards translation services necessary to provide quality counseling to a larger body of students. The University of Wyoming has many international students whose first language is not English, which presents a significant barrier when trying to obtain free counseling services from us. We hope that the funds raised can help us afford an as-needed translation service that can help us better serve these students.
Your support directly impacts many students, so please consider us this Giving Day! Thank you for helping us support all students on this campus!
