About

Lend a hand to Wyoming teachers and students!

Your gift will support the establishment of the new Byra Kite Internship Fund to expand internship opportunities for UW students as well as the continued development of civics resources for Wyoming K-12 teachers.

Join us on UW Giving Day and be one of the first 100 donors that unlocks the $7,400 challenge provided by our generous supporters for the Wallop Civic Engagement Program (uwyo.edu/wallop). Our generous donors have also provided a $12,800 match, so be sure to give early and double your impact!

The program is inspired by the career of the late Senator Malcolm Wallop to advance civics education, civil discourse, and public service in Wyoming youth. With your help, we’ll work to expand civics education to the rest of the state by offering more public service opportunities and curricular content.

Your support is vital for the continued growth and statewide impact of this program. Thank you!
