Gifts to Economics contribute to...
The Department of Economics is committed to advancing economic research and education in ways that have a tangible impact for Wyoming and the world. We seek your support to bolster several key initiatives.
- Research Presentation at Conferences: Help students advance recognition of UW as a global thought leader by presenting their research at prestigious conferences, which provides them a platform to share their insights and learn from experts.
- Experimental Research: UW economists are producing groundbreaking research in experimental economics by recreating real-world situations and incentives in experimental lab. This research is expensive because experimental economics relies on real-world incentives.
- Teton Fellows Program: This initiative is central to global environmental research in Wyoming, fostering ties with forestry sectors and the National Park Service. Funding attracts world-class researchers to the Teton area, fostering innovative research and expanding educational opportunities.
- Econ Help Program: Your gift can help fund graduate students offering tutoring and instruction in vital tools like Tableau and R, promoting higher success rates and retention in the department.
