Each year, the Greek Excellence Fund provides students with programming designed to help them grow as individuals and develop their leadership skills. The fund also supports community growth through recruitment and marketing efforts, as well as other opportunities for connection with others. New programs and initiatives led by students are introduced every semester and continually challenge members in our community to lean into their organizational and community values and to strive for excellence.
Fraternity and Sorority Life has a rich 118-year history at the University of Wyoming. Hundreds of Cowboys and Cowgirls call one of our 15 chapters on campus home. Students have the opportunity to serve as leaders through chapter leadership positions, the Collegiate Panhellenic Council, and Interfraternity Council and other roles throughout the community. Peer-to-peer governance, ongoing academic support, education, wellness development, and social connections in the form of siblinghood make the fraternity and sorority life community like no other group of students on campus.
