The nationally ranked College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences was the first college established at The University of Toledo. The College’s 114-year history includes a tradition of student-centered instruction and excellence in research and patient care.

The mission of the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is to educate students to become pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists while advancing pharmaceutical knowledge. Guiding principles are personal integrity, respect for humanity and human diversity, and professionalism.

The College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences features state-of-the-art facilities, including a renowned pharmacy practice lab where students gain real-time experience in a functioning pharmacy.  Faculty members are recognized authorities in their areas of specialization, conducting research that contributes to the development of new treatments, practices and innovations.

The College’s expansion to The Frederic and Mary Wolfe Center on the University’s Health Science Campus distinguishes the college and its academic mission within a health science community. The College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
