USM Wrestling

Husky wrestling has grown into a regional and national level competitor highlighted by the program’s first national champion, Dan Del Gallo in 2016.  We’re seeking to maintain and grow the national caliber level of competition, and in support of that goal we are raising funds to enhance our team’s competitiveness and are seeking to cultivate $14,500 to provide new Track Wrestling Clocks, Bulgarian Bags and to create an opportunity for our student-athletes to compete in out-of-region tournaments.  The wrestling clocks use state-of-the-art technology and will allow our home matches and tournaments to run more efficiently, while the Bulgarian Bags will allow our staff to implement new workouts into our practices.  Our goal to compete in out-of-region tournaments, like the Desert Duals or Citrus Invite is to expose our student-athletes to some of the best competition in the country and help them prepare for the challenge of the NCAA national championship tournament. Thank you for your support. Go Huskies
