College of Science, Technology, and Health

The College of Science, Technology, and Health (CSTH) is represented across all 3 campuses of Portland, Gorham, and Lewiston-Auburn, and online. CSTH units include the departments of Biology; Chemistry; Computer Science; Engineering; Environmental Science and Policy; Exercise, Health, and Sport Sciences; Linguistics; Mathematics and Statistics; Occupational Therapy; Physics; Psychology; and Technology; plus the School of Nursing. These faculty and staff offer a range of undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees, minors, and certificates across the STEM and health fields. In addition, we host the Army ROTC program, the Dubyak Center for Digital Sciences and Innovation, and STEM Outreach and Services, which includes the Southworth Planetarium.

Faculty and staff work closely with students in the traditional classroom, lab, and clinical settings. We also engage in transformative experiences for students through independent research projects, capstones, and internships with community partners.
