USM Day of Giving - Campaign for Student Scholarships

We are excited to update you on the wonderful success of our Day of Giving campaign. Early Tuesday morning, we met the $85,000 challenge with 450 donors, stretched that goal to 550 donors and conquered that too! We extend a big thank you to the 583 donors who contributed and countless others who advocated for our students!

At our press conference Wednesday we announced a gift of $600,000 from the Bingham Trust for the School of Music pushing us to $1,492,383 for student scholarships! 

The University of Southern Maine empowers the aspirations of students.
Thanks to donors like you, the impact of scholarship support will be
felt by families, working students, young parents in school and our
students striving to complete their degrees!

Don't forget about our celebration event Tuesday, November 15 with performances by Circus Maine, a live DJ, refreshments and fun! Come celebrate our progress from 4-6pm in the Woodbury Campus Center, on the Portland Campus.
