Support the Department of Ocean and Environmental Sciences on Torero Tuesday!

The mission of the Environmental and Ocean Sciences (EOS) department is to promote academic excellence by offering students intellectually challenging conceptual training in multidisciplinary natural science coupled with outstanding hands-on experience. We prepare students for graduate school and/or careers in the marine and environmental sciences.

A critical component of the EOS curriculum is the capstone experience, which provides students the opportunity to participate in research with USD faculty during the summer. Research funding is competitive, and we are challenged each year to find support for all students seeking research experiences.

Please consider donating here to support more student research opportunities. Funds will be used to support summer stipends, research supplies, and conference participation for undergraduate students.
