SATURDAY MORNING PHYSICS LECTURE FUND - 365045
Help us celebrate 30 years of the Saturday Morning Physics Lecture Series (SMP)! We are celebrating 30 years of engaging, entertaining, educating, and exciting audiences with dynamic experiments and presentations on the latest scientific theories from national faculty and student experts.
Designed for general audiences, the lectures are an opportunity to hear physicists discuss their work in easy-to-understand, non-technical terms. The multimedia presentations include hands-on demonstrations of the principles discussed, along with slides, video, and computer simulations.
We hope to brighten your Saturdays by providing in-person SMP lectures, complete with coffee and donuts! If you prefer to watch the lectures from home, we continue to offer virtual livestream lectures as well.
Support the outstanding programming that has long been associated with the Saturday Morning Physics series. Your donation will help us continue to feature leading scientists and make physics more accessible to the greater community.

PHYSICS STRATEGIC FUND - 331942
The Physics Strategic Fund is the most flexible and impactful way to invest in physics faculty and research. Over the years, this fund has been crucial in recruiting the best new faculty to the department, ensuring the success of crucial research projects, and allowing us to meet new challenges.
The fund is primarily used to create recruitment packages, purchase major new equipment, and fund upgrades of research and instructional facilities. As new scientific and educational priorities arise, the Strategic Fund allows the department to invest wherever and whenever it’s needed most.
