About

When we started the International Employee Assistance Digital Archive (EA Archive) 10 years ago, we had no idea how important it would become to the sustainability and future direction of our field. We have included thousands of original materials (articles, webinars, tip sheets and more) in the Archive and our materials have been downloaded over 200,000 times in more than 10 countries. Thanks to our supporters, the EA Archive is now a cornerstone of the EA and broader workplace behavioral health professions.

As we celebrate and focus on the next 10 years of the EA Archive, we are asking you to support us with a financial donation to help us reach our goal of $25,000, which has been extended from last year.  This funding will help us to support necessary EA Archive programing, conference promotion, materials, scanning and curation support and student and staffing needs to continue to build and promote the global repository.

A gift of any amount makes an impact. With your help, we can take the EA Archive to the next level and continue to grow this global open-access online resource for the EA Field and beyond. This is especially impactful for individuals who are looking to learn about EAPs, enter the field and partner more with our programs.

If you would like to make a gift via check, please include make your check payable to University of Maryland Baltimore Foundation, add “Employee Assistance Digital Archive Campaign” in the check note/memo, and send to:
