UIndy #GivingTuesday 2016

This campaign ended on November 30, 2016, but you can still make a gift to University of Indianapolis by clicking here!

#GivingTuesday is November 29, 2016

After Black Friday and Cyber Monday, join UIndy as we celebrate #GivingTuesday—a global day for giving back! Make a gift of $25 or more to UIndy and you will receive a custom pair of UIndy socks, and we will donate a pair.

UIndy students, alumni, faculty, and staff live out the University's motto—Education for Service—every day in their careers, classes, and even on their own time volunteering in their communities. Giving back is what UIndy does best! So we're continuing our participation in #GivingTuesday by partnering with the Laurelwood Community and we hope you will help.

Just north of campus, the Laurelwood Community is a low-income Indianapolis community, home to a unique after-school program operated in partnership with University of Indianapolis students and the Intercollegiate YMCA. Both UIndy students and children at Laurelwood benefit from this unique partnership. Children get the benefit of learning all new things from college students and UIndy students learn the benefits of giving back to their community!

We think UIndy and the Laurelwood kids are the perfect match! One of the most essential but often overlooked needs children may have is a good pair of socks. When you make a gift of $25 or more to UIndy on #GivingTuesday, you will receive custom UIndy socks AND we will donate a pair to the children at Laurelwood.

Please join us in this global movement of giving back on November 29 by making a gift to UIndy today!

Be sure to follow us on Facebookand Twitter to learn more about this perfect match and join us in this global movement of giving back!

The Fair Market Value of the UIndy socks is $6 and
will be deducted from the tax-deductible portion of your gift. If you
choose not to receive the socks, your full gift amount will be
tax-deductible.
