Do you have an ugly Christmas sweater, tie, socks, scarf, or flashing Santa pin? If so, put it on!
Regardless of what seasonal abomination lurks in the bottom of your dresser drawer or in the back recesses of your closet, it is time to get it out, dust it off, and put it on for a good cause.
By putting on your ugly Christmas sweater, tie, socks, scarf, or flashing pin, you may give to advance the work and ministry of the seminary and the next generation of bold Christian leaders for the church in the world.
After you give, go to one of the seminary’s social media accounts, post a picture of you in your Christmas worst, include the hashtag #uglychristmas19, and tag others in your post, challenging them to take up the cause and give to the seminary, too.
Like all gifts given to the seminary, these gifts are tax deductible. And like all gifts given this time of the year, the seminary’s Board of Trustees has agreed to match your gifts—dollar for dollar—through the end of the year.
Thanks. And, keep up the fun & ugly tradition!
