In this tribute to our father, William A. Armstrong, for his passion and commitment to 50 plus years in United States defense and space exploration, we have established a memorial fund at the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation in Annapolis, Maryland. This fund will be dedicated to provide support for a Flight Test Dynamics course for senior midshipmen at the Naval Academy who are aeronautical engineering majors, many of whom will go on to become Naval Aviators, and in some cases, Navy test pilots.
