This course will review basic Algebra skills for students entering Algebra II. Students will review basic expressions and the properties of real numbers, how to solve and graph equations and inequalities, exponent rules, and higher order functions.

Grades: 6-12

Dates: July 28- August 8, No class Friday August 1 (10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)

Steve Dowell is entering his 6th year as a Trinity teacher, and he has taught high school mathematics for over 15. He completed his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Georgia and his master’s degree in curriculum and instructions from George Mason University. He is currently a doctoral candidate in education at the University of Missouri, Columbia.
