During this uncertain time, Toledo Athletics is facing some historic financial challenges as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Though we don’t yet know the full impact of the pandemic, our Athletic Department could see a loss of nearly $6-7 million.
We remain committed to providing the same level of support to our student-athletes but can’t do that alone. We need our Rocket community to ignite together and support our more than 350 student-athletes who are champions in the classroom, community and in competition. We have officially launched our Refueling the Rockets campaign which will help offset the shortfall to our budget due to COVID-19.
Now more than ever, we want you to know how much we appreciate your support. We simply can’t do this without you. Help us avoid and minimize cuts to our varsity sport programs operations, job elimination, and other hardships we’ve seen around the country.
