About

Toledo Men's Golf Senior Palmer Yenrick of Oregon, Ohio has qualified for the U.S. Amateur Tournament August 14 - 20 at Cherry Hills Country Club in Denver, Colorado. The University of Toledo is allowed to defray travel expenses since this is a national championship.

The U.S. Amateur Tournament was first held in 1895. Since then, a total of 20 U.S. Amateur champions went on to win majors, including Phil Mickelson (1990), Tiger Woods (three-time winner), Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus (two-time winner), Bobby Jones (five-time winner), and 2022's victor, Matt Fitzpatrick.

Help Toledo's own, Palmer Yenrick, join the champions as he represents The University of Toledo in this year's U.S. Amateur Tournament.

Your generosity is appreciated.
