About

The Orchard School has helped raise our children from fledgling owlets to teenage birds eager to soar. Let’s commemorate our students’ indelible Orchard experiences and help those who follow find their wings, too, by contributing to a Legacy Gift in honor of the Class of 2021.

When we as a class contribute $2,021 or more in new dollars to The Owl Fund, our students will get to inspire generations of owls to not just fly, but soar by painting an owl wings mural on the concession stand wall.

Hoot Highlights

  • Any size donation, even $5, will help us achieve 100 percent participation so it’s truly from us all.
  • If 20 families give who haven’t yet this year, the eighth grade will put Orchard over 50 percent participation for the school year and activate the Parents’ Association’s $10,000 match.
  • Two generous families will match dollar-for-dollar up to $2,021 when we reach our goal and there’s room for more to match!

Thank you for all that you do for The Orchard School and for our kids. Please give now!

Updates
Owl Wing Mural is Underway!

Thanks to your generosity and the creativity of Greta Krueger and Tracey Gallion, the Owl Wing Mural is underway!

Tracey Gallion (Oley’s mother) created and distributed a submission form to all of the 8th grade students asking them to write or draw items that they would like to have included on their class legacy mural to Orchard. Once we received the class's input, Greta Krueger (Milla's mother) created a rough template for the final mural. The mural is still a work in progress but will be completed before graduation for all to appreciate. As a sneak peek, we have included concept sketches and color schemes of the mural.
