As the year draws to a close, we thank the many members of our community who have made the 2021-22 school year one to remember. Together, we faced the challenges of the pandemic and successfully reopened The New School Campus for the first time. Together we learned, taught, collaborated, worked, and celebrated in-person, online, and in hybrid environments. 

Through it all, we relied on the generosity of our community to support these efforts and provide resources to benefit student-facing needs. Thanks to alumni, parents and families, faculty and staff, and other valued members of our community, Annual Funds benefited areas including scholarships and fellowships, internships support and accessibility, health and wellness, and other urgent needs. In addition, funds helped ensure our return to campus was as safe as possible, while allowing us resources for our work to live up to our commitments to civic engagement, social justice, access, and sustainability.  

Now, we need your support to continue these efforts. Gifts of any amount demonstrate our shared commitment to striving toward a bright future. The more of our community we have behind us – alumni, parents, board members, neighbors, and friends – the more it encourages others to join in supporting our important work.

Recurring monthly gifts are an easy, automatic way to support The New School in a way that works for your budget and schedule. Convenient and customizable, recurring gifts help ensure predictability for you as a donor and provide a steady source of funding for the university.

President's Circle Donor

Leadership Annual Fund and Parents Fund donors are the pace-setting members of our philanthropic community. 

Each year, leadership contributions of $1,000 or more compose more than 85 percent of Annual Fund dollars. These unrestricted gifts provide The New School with the flexible resources necessary to enrich the student experience and augment the university’s global influence.

President’s Circle supporters enjoy opportunities to hear directly from the president through regular communications sharing the latest developments on campus, as well as invitations to attend special events virtually, in New York City, and regionally.
