PRIDE Mentoring Program
Become an advocate and show your support today!
The PRIDE Mentoring Program was established to provide students from historically marginalized backgrounds with the ability to grow culturally, socially, and academically in an encouraging and supportive environment. Over the past six years The PRIDE Mentoring Program has grown tremendously and has become a home for all 200-plus students who participate. Through strategic programming, individualized advising, and genuine care, students engaged in (PMP) thrive at TCNJ.
Your support would help students participate in local, regional, and national leadership and professional experiences, provide emergency assistance to students throughout the semester, support students as they navigate the internship and employment search processes, and provide students with the needed resources for applications and/or membership fees for national student organizations, such as the National Association for Black Accountants, National Society of Black Engineers, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, and the Student New Jersey Education Association.
