We are so thankful that our Honor Your Eagle giving program, especially for our grandparents and parents of alumni, has been successful and become an integral piece of our Annual Giving Fund puzzle. As a reminder, for all gifts of $50 or more, grandparents and parents of alumni/former students may recognize their grandchildren/children by making a gift in their honor. All gifts will be acknowledged in a special insert distributed on Grandparents Day on March 27 and in our summer Stratford Magazine containing our annual report of giving. We ambitiously have set this year’s goal of 275 donors and hope that you will help us reach our goal by honoring your Eagle grandchild or former student.
The monies raised in the Annual Giving Fund benefit every student and faculty member by covering expenses such as technology needs, extracurricular/co-curricular programs for students, continuing education for faculty, and facility maintenance/upgrades for the campus. For 60 years, Stratford students have had a quality education available to them thanks to the generosity of our alumni, parents, grandparents, parents of alumni, faculty and friends – like you!
Gifts also may be made by mailing a check to the school or by stock transfer. Leadership donors who contribute $1,000+ will be invited to our annual Stratford Society Celebration event, which will be held in the spring in Macon. Be sure to note the name of your Eagles, in the "In Honor Of" space of the giving form.
In advance, we thank you for your gifts that directly impact the education of our students today. At the end of the school year, we look forward to announcing that we have met or exceeded our goal – and that the grandparents and parents of our alumni helped us get there.
