The men’s volleyball team won the NCAA championship– the second in Stevens’ history. The team, which ranked No. 1 for most of the year, also won the 45th team national championship in MAC history and the first in men's volleyball. Stevens now joins Carthage and Springfield as multi-time DIII champions.
The men’s team will be working hard to defend its titles in the coming season. A significant factor in preparedness for championships is the ability of the team to travel far and wide to compete against other top programs. Contributions to this Men’s Volleyball team this year will support team travel so that they can prepare by playing against some of the country’s most competitive teams.
In addition, support for Men’s Volleyball will also aid in the installation and use of cameras in the Canavan arena. Volleymetrics, the leading tool for volleyball analytics, would empower student-athletes to achieve higher levels of learning and understanding of the game.
