Oles enjoyed a successful Indoor season and are now ready for the outdoor season.
Oles added 14 new marks to the Top Time List! We hosted a successful MIAC Championship in which the men finished third for the third consecutive year. St. Olaf recorded eight All-MIAC performances and eight Honorable Mention All-MIAC showings. Nine individuals recorded an individual top-three finish or on an all-conference relay. Seniors Demetri Lord and Will Kelly both set new school records and earned Second Team All-America honors. Lord finished 12th in the country in the Heptathlon and set a new record of 4,897 points at the MIAC Championship. Kelly won both the 3000m and 5000m at the MIAC Championship and finished 14th in the country in the 5000m. Kelly ran 14:20.51 earlier in the season to set a new program record. His 8:13.07 3000m effort moved into third in school history and ranked in the top 25 in the country. Kelly, a two-time Cross Country All-American, ranks 26th in DIII history in the steeplechase and will look to move up the all-time list once the Outdoor season kicks off.
April will be a big month for us with athletes competing in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and California.
