12th St. Lawrence University Geology Alumni Conference (SLUGAC 12)

Join us for SLUGAC 12! The St. Lawrence University Geology Alumni Conference is a unique conference held at SLU every 3 years. The idea for the conference came from a group of alumni as a way to share with information directly with students. The information comes in all forms and topics including telling students about the various career opportunities in the field of geology; filling students in on things they “wished they had known” as students; networking; talking about graduate school; careers outside of geology where a geology degree is “surprisingly” beneficial, and many other things.

It all boils down to “Here’s what I did with my BS in geology and here is how I got there.” It allows the students to meet and talk to a wide array of people who have been exactly where they are now and to see where it took them.

Get Connected! All SLU Geology alumni are welcome whether you are doing Geology or not.  It is our connection to SLU and the people we met along the way that is what matters.

Sponsorship: All sponsors have one registration fee waived.  Sponsors will have their logo displayed on the website, in the proceedings, and around the conference.  If you are unable to attend SLUGAC 12 and would still like to be a sponsor, you may still use this form.
