St. John's Prep Giving Day is HERE! There's just one question...are YOU in?!
Giving Day is about all of us—alumni, parents, grandparents, trustees, faculty and staff, students, and friends—coming together for 24 hours on March 12 to support St. Johnβs.
Every dollar raised goes to the Fund for St. John's, which directly benefits our Eagles. Your donation fuels priorities like the arts, athletics, faculty professional learning, student growth, tuition assistance, and the Prepβs greatest needs. And with Giving Day matching challenges to increase your impact, thereβs no better day to go ALL IN!
What an incredible day! The generosity of the St. Johnβs Prep community has once again blown us away. In just 24 hours, we raised over $625,000 for the Fund for St. Johnβs, directly benefiting Prep students, faculty and staff, and programs.
This was a true team effort—more than 1,300 alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty and staff, trustees, students, and friends joined in. A special shout-out to the Class of 2024 for leading the way with 34 donors, the most of any alumni class!
A heartfelt thank you to our matching challenge donors, whose generosity helped push us to new heights.
Thank you for going ALL IN for the Prep!

The Prep community is showing up in a big way! With over three hours still to go, weβre not done yet!
A huge thank you to Board Chair Stuart Meurer and Susan Bragg Meurer P'18 '21 '26 and Maj. Gen. (R) Tom Needham β60 for inspiring new donors with their $20,000 challenge.
So far, 1,100 donors have come together, raising over $560,000 for Prep students. The only question now is—how far can we go before midnight?!
Letβs keep the momentum going!

The Prep community has answered the call once again. Together we unlocked the $85,000 matching challenge donated by four alumni from the Class of 1988 and their families!
Weβve already raised over $380,000 from more than 650 alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty and staff, trustees, and friends of SJP! Special shout-out to the Class of 2014, who are currently in the lead with the most alumni donors.
Thereβs still 9 hours left to give today—letβs see how much further we can go!
But weβre not done yet! Board Chair Stuart Meurer and Susan Bragg Meurer P'18 '21 '26 and Maj. Gen. (R) Tom Needham '60 will contribute $20,000 to the Fund for St. Johnβs IF we reach 1,000 donors by midnight!

We crushed our first $50,000 matching challenge and have raised over $140,000 and counting for SJP students! β
Can we meet an even BIGGER challenge now? Vinnie Occhino β25 is reporting live from the Eagle News desk with breaking news.
