The Program at St. John’s is an uncommon way of learning.

Our strong commitment to collaborative inquiry and the study of original texts challenges students to learn to speak articulately, read attentively, reason effectively, and think creatively. This is the Johnnie Way of learning. It is much needed in a society transfixed with gadgetry, gimmicks, and training students for specific professions.

Many students today are looking for just such a Program. Some think it is a dream beyond their reach. You can help them reach their dream by supporting the funds that help future Johnnies find their way to St. John’s. Making a gift to the Johnnie Scholarship Fund or the Graduate Institute Fund will provide resources needed to offer them the opportunity to join our unique community of learning.
