On Xavier Day, your donation goes further than any other day because it helps unlock matching gifts and challenges which increases the impact of your gift!
Xavier Day is a day to support all current and future Hawks. It is also the opportunity for our parents, alumni, dedicated faculty and staff, current and future students, friends of the Xavier community, and soon-to-be alumni: the Class of 2023 seniors (graduating on May 31st) to join us and celebrate the love we all have for Xavier Catholic Schools. Our goal for this year is to have 1,000 donors make a gift for Xavier Catholic Schools. Some generous benefactors are offering gift match opportunities to make your gift go further. Together, we can do this!
There are several ways you can participate:
- Wear Xavier gear.
- Display your Xavier pride on Twitter and Instagram using #XavierDay2023. Like us on Facebook @xaviercatholicschools to see our own shared posts throughout the day. See our Social Media Toolkit for more ideas.
- Make a gift. We ask you to prayerfully consider making a donation to Xavier Catholic Schools. No gift is too small, and every donation plays a vital role in maintaining and improving our excellence. The great thing about Xavier Day is you determine where your gift goes- Give to what you love, or, give for who you love. Please also note that your contribution could be eligible for a match by one of our amazing gift-matching donors!
BACK THIS YEAR: If you are in the Appleton area on Friday, April 28th, make plans to join us at Xavier High School from 4:00 - 6:30 pm for food trucks and fun! Purchase food at the On the Fritz Concessions and Zoua’s Fresh Egg Rolls food trucks, Reynebeau cookies will be available for purchase, capture fun pictures at a photo booth, visit with Frankie the Hawk, and other fun activities. Complete your Xavier Day by purchasing tickets to attend the Xavier High School spring musical; Spin Decades, the show's final performance is at 7:00 pm on Xavier Day.

If you are in the Appleton area today (Friday, April 28), stop by Xavier High School from 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM for food trucks and fun, including entertainment by Xavier's very own Joe Carew! There are still tickets available for the final performance of Spin Decades, at 7:00 PM at the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre.
Our faculty and staff do an amazing job teaching our students and integrating faith into all parts of the students’ days. We would like to take a moment and thank our faculty and staff for the amazing work that they do, we truly believe we have THE BEST here at Xavier Catholic Schools. As a fun way to show appreciation, for the next hour (between 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM CST), the first 25 gifts received* that are made in honor of a faculty/staff member, that faculty/staff member will receive an RTIC Xavier tumbler thanks to your gift!
Another way for people to show appreciation is by designating your donation to the XCS Staff Development Fund within the St. Francis Xavier Foundation. Our elementary campuses both have gift match challenges for current elementary parents who make a donation to this fund. Your gift will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $3,000! We are grateful to the generous families who have offered this match, and those who have given to this fund so far!
*Only donations of $25 or more will be considered. When completing your gift on the Xavier Day page, you will have the opportunity to specify which staff member after the payment page. Please enter the name of the staff member under the section “In honor of”.
