St. Edward's University Men's Lacrosse continues to thrive as we enter our 20th year on the Hilltop. The 2020 squad of 25 boys have already begun playing this season's Lone Star Alliance DIII schedule. With games against the likes of the University of Incarnate Word, Trinity, University of Houston, Hardin Simmons, Tarleton State, and others, the excitement for a conference championship is high.
In order to succeed, we rely heavily on the support of alumni, family, and friends of the program. This year, we are hoping to raise $5,000 to offset team costs including LSA and MCLA league dues, officials fees, coaching stipends, uniforms, website fees, practice pennies, equipment, and travel expenses.
Meeting this goal of $5,000 would reduce each players' financial burden to be a part of the team by up to $200. For some college kids, that's real money.
We hope to make our alumni and program friends proud with our play on the field and off. Any support you can provide is greatly appreciated.
