The Southwest Tech Foundation’s Giving Foods Day campaign will raise money and awareness for the Chargers Cupboard, our on-campus food pantry. The Chargers Cupboard has been on campus since 2007 when faculty and staff saw a need for it. The use of the Chargers Cupboard continues to increase, impacting more than 100 students on a monthly basis.
Visiting the Charger Cupboard is easy and students can currently visit the Charger Cupboard once a week and take two bags of groceries per visit. We order from Second Harvest Food Bank every two weeks but donations to the cupboard can make a big impact. Our highest needs are peanut butter, mac and cheese single serves, cereal, Chunky soup, hygiene products and healthy snack options for our students.
Please consider donating today. A gift of $50 can provide 150 meals or a recurring gift of $10 each month will provide 3,700 meals!
Together we can fill the cupboard for our students! Donate today by using the link provided or by mailing a check to The Southwest Tech Foundation - 1800 Bronson Blvd, Fennimore, WI 53809
Thank you for supporting the Southwest Tech Foundation Giving Tuesday campaign and making a donation to Giving Foods Day! Because of you and the generosity of alumni, faculty, staff, students, parents and friends of Southwest Tech, we have surpassed our goal of $5,000 in cash and in-kind gifts to the Chargers Cupboard.
It's not too late to share the campaign with friends and encourage them to support this great cause. Just share the Giving Foods Day campaign link in an email or social media post.
Thank you for all that you do to support our students!
