Help us provide travel awards to deserving graduate students who exemplify the mission of SDSU! 

Your generosity can fuel graduate student travel awards, offering Jackrabbits crucial opportunities to expand their horizons and learn from leaders in the workforce. Please consider donating any amount to give graduate students the invaluable chance to present at, or take part in, a conference related to their field of study or discipline. 

These conferences serve as a springboard for making pivotal connections that can guide students to job opportunities, networking connections, and fundamental growth. Many graduate students have limited funding to attend these vital conferences, and the travel award helps to subsidize the costs. 

• We plan to have students apply on an as-needed basis for these awards, and a committee will select those who they feel would benefit most from the experience.
• Dollar amounts given will be determined based on funds available, as well as a student’s direct need for the conference.
• We hope providing students with travel funding will increase knowledge and scholarship, along with moving SDSU closer to reaching Research-1 University status by the sharing and dissemination of bold research initiatives and innovations.
