Scripps College Office of Parent Engagement and Philanthropy: Who Are We?
The Office of Parent Engagement and Philanthropy provides families with helpful information and engagement opportunities throughout a student's time at Scripps—and beyond! More specifically, the Office’s role is to:
- ENGAGE and involve parents and families in the life of the College by providing meaningful opportunities to volunteer and help strengthen the experience for all Scripps students.
- INFORM parents and families about Scripps College mission, activities, and latest campus happenings; and SHARE pertinent information with parents and families about student programming, academic and extracurricular opportunities, and important College policies and procedures.
- Provide RESOURCES to parents and families to help them identify the best way to support their student at each phase of their Scripps College journey.
- INSPIRE parents and families to strengthen the College and bolster the student experience through financial support and gifts to the Parent Fund/Scripps Fund.
