On this Fredonia Day of Giving we are asking for you to support Fredonia State Women’s Soccer in the name of Cheryl Cullinan (1970–2022), aka "Aldo", as she was known by her Blue Devil teammates. Cheryl, a 4-year women’s soccer player at Fredonia State and a 1992 alum was a passionate soccer player. She continued her passion for soccer by coaching youth, including her own children, for 26 years at the Clarence Soccer Club. Cheryl loved the sport and gave of herself tirelessly in so many ways!
In order to honor Cheryl’s legacy, Fredonia State Women’s Soccer is starting an endowment in Cheryl’s name. This endowment will benefit the Women’s Soccer Program which her daughter, Lauren Cullinan, was also a part of for 4 years. Cheryl dedicated her life to supporting students and athletes. The purpose of this endowment is to foster a supportive community around the young female athletes of the Fredonia State Women’s Soccer program; a program that meant so much to both Cheryl and the Cullinan family. Your contribution in Cheryl’s name will make a significant difference in these young athletes’ lives, empowering them to achieve excellence both on and off the field. We invite you to join us in this effort by making a donation and helping to spread the word to your family and friends.
Cheryl Cullinan's teammates from the Class of 1992 have collectively pledged to donate $750 to commemorate Cheryl's legacy at Fredonia. Will you help us match that donation today?! Donate now!
